Broncos 2026 NFL Draft: Picks by round, biggest needs, best fits

The2026 NFL Draftkicks off live fromPittsburghon Thursday, April 23 and the latest crop of rookies will be hearing their names called all weekend long. For theDenver Broncos, the biggest need is an obvious one: Tight end.

USA TODAY Sports

A long-term answer at tight end is a need with Evan Engram entering the final year of his contract. Engram had the third most receptions on the Broncos in 2025. He's always been a productive pass catcher but not much of a blocker.

Here's everything you need to know about the Denver Broncos for this year's draft, including a round-by-round look at picks and a potential trade candidate already on the roster:

Denver Broncos NFL draft best prospect fit: Edge R Mason Thomas, Oklahoma

Per USA TODAY's Ayrton Ostly:

Denver has bigger needs than edge rusher but this fit feels too good to pass on. Thomas is in a similar mold to Nik Bonitto as an undersized rusher (6-foot-2, 241 pounds) who thrives as an instinctual rusher. He's bendy and explosive and could join the Broncos' rotation off the edge and continue their reign as one of the most productive pass-rushing units in the NFL.

NFL DRAFT:Finding the perfect prospect for every team

Denver Broncos NFL draft trade candidate: TE Evan Engram

Per USA TODAY'sJack McKessy:

Engram's back-loaded, two-year contract sees his cap hit jump from $6.1 million in 2025 to $14.1 million this year. The veteran tight end will turn 32 in September. He started two games in his first year in Denver, playing a career-low 42% of offensive snaps, and had his lowest yardage total in a full season since 2021. The Broncos could look to offload some of that contract burden and send Engram to a team in need of a tight end.

Blake Lively alleges ‘mean girl’ smear campaign damaged her career, seeks up to $296M

Blake Livelyclaimed the narratives labeling her a "bully" and "mean girl" across media and social platforms cost her nearly $300 million.

Fox News

Lively insisted Justin Baldoni's film company and his PR firm retaliated against her after she came forward with allegations of "harassing conduct" against the actor in newcourt documentsobtained by Fox News Digital.

The "Gossip Girl" star said she lost a substantial amount of income because of the defendants’ alleged conduct, estimating her damages at roughly $34.3 million to $87.8 million. The bulk of that, according to Lively's experts, comes from missed opportunities between August 2024 and August 2029. These included major studio films and smaller independent projects to limited TV series, along with lost earnings from endorsements, speaking gigs and personal appearances.

Lively also claimed to have lost profits ranging between $39.6 million and $143.5 million from her companies – a beauty brand and beverage brand.

The 38-year-old actress added an additional $40 million fordamage to her reputationshe says was directly caused by the false narrative painting her as a "bully," "mean girl" and "tone deaf." She claimed that coverage of the legal saga involving Baldoni and linking her to those terms racked up more than 176 million impressions across online and traditional media, while continued discussion of the allegations, her legal complaints and the actor's countersuit added another 116 million impressions.

Her legal team tacked on between $250,000 and $400,000 for the "pain and suffering, physical pain, and humiliation" Lively claimed she experienced.

Baldoni's team claimed Lively's estimated damages are inflated and unsupported. His attorneys argued that even if Lively's businesses did lose profit, she couldn't personally recover those monetary losses.

The "Jane the Virgin" star and his company are seeking a verdict of no liability and a permanent dismissal of the case.

A federal judge allowedLively's explosive retaliation claimsto move forward in the high-profile Hollywood lawsuit — highlighting what could be considered a coordinated effort by powerful insiders to manipulate public opinion and destroy the "Gossip Girl" star's reputation.

However, Judge Lewis J. Liman tossed the majority of Lively's allegations against Baldoni, including the sexual harassment and defamation accusations. The judge's ruling dramatically narrowed the case to focus only on the actress' retaliation claims and a breach of contract claim.

Baldoni and Lively first became embroiled in a legal back-and-forth after filming the Colleen Hoover-adapted film, "It Ends With Us." The "Gossip Girl" actress claimed she experienced sexual harassment on set and sued Baldoni in December 2024.

Lively detailed allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional affliction of emotional distress, negligence and more made against Baldoni and film producer Jamey Heath in a complaint first filed with the California Civil Rights Department and later in federal court.

Candice Swanepoel Models $185 Victoria's Secret x Tropic of C Swimsuit

Candice Swanepoelis once again stepping into her element, this time bringing a more grounded, nature-led energy to swimwear as she fronts the latestVictoria’s Secret x Tropic of Ccollaboration. Her swimwear brand leans into a softer, more organic kind of sensuality. Rooted in Tropic of C’s values, the drop reflects a balance between sustainability, femininity, and timeless design, positioning itself as swimwear that feels as good as it looks.

Candice Swanepoel poses in Victoria’s Secret x Tropic of C one-piece swimsuit

At the center of it all is the $185 Blaze One-Piece Swimsuit. Made in a muted python print that immediately sets it apart from typical summer colors. The silhouette is clean yet striking, with a high-cut leg that lengthens her body. From the front, the swimsuit keeps things minimal with thin straps and a soft oval neckline, but it is the back that adds a subtle twist. It features a low, open cut with thin straps that meet with a circular ring detail at the center.

The campaign imagery further elevates the piece. Swanepoel is set against raw, rocky textures and ocean-colored backdrops that mirror the collection’s inspiration. There is a clear emphasis on fluidity. Whether she’s leaning against a sculptural stone formation or posing mid-action, the swimsuit moves with her rather than against her.

Accessories are kept intentional but impactful. She wears statement gold drop earrings, a chunky gold bracelet, and a ring that brings a hint of polish. Her slicked-back, wet-look hair complements the overall aesthetic. This reinforces that just out of the water, the campaign feels that it leans into.

What makes this piece stand out is not just its design, but how wearable it feels despite its high-fashion look. It is the kind of swimsuit that transitions easily from a beach setting to a night-out look without losing its identity.

Below Deck Down Under - Season 4

Welcome back,Below Deck Down Underfans!Last week, Daisy snapped. Alesia and Mike are doing the most, but also the least. Also, Ellie put her love interest over the needs of their guests, leaving Daisy “hanging on by a thread.” And sadly, this week, Daisy loses her mind even more on BDDU Season 4 Episode 12.

What happened in Below Deck Down Under Season 4 Episode 12?

This week, the charter guests spice things up with a daring offer to pad the crew’s tips. After they depart, these yachties finally get a much-needed day off. However, instead of relaxing, certain crew members start fighting, while other relationships shift across the yacht.

Daisy threatens “a consequence” to Mike

Daisy Kelliher

Daisy is completely overwhelmed. Meanwhile,Ben already owes Ellie“five bucks” for calling her everything but her actual name.

On the pier, Tyler suggests “one more little competition.” The first yachtie “to jump off this marina, butt-naked, gets a thousand dollars.” Mike wins.

But Tyler also left a parting gift for Captain Jason. It’s a silicone breastplate. Captain Jason slips it on and takes a selfie.

Then, he presents the crew with a $22,000 tip. Mike has to split his bonus cash, which, HA. Understandably, Ellie gets the disco ball helmet. But Captain Jason still has one more present left.

“The owner of Sandy Lane Marina has given you a villa to use this afternoon.” In the morning, they will take an excursion on a catamaran, he shares.

Daisy takes the floor. Without naming names, she calls out certain yachties. “It can’t happen again,” she scolds.

But as soon as Captain Jason exits, Mike makes another cheeky comment. “Do that again, Mikey, and I swear, there will be a consequence,” Daisy says. Mike gets defensive, so João helps, but Mike speaks to him like trash, too. In his cabin, Mike blames Alesia for triggering him.

Mike spills the beans

Eddy asks Jenna out on a date, and she says yes. Likewise, Mike knows João really wants Daisy, so he plans on “making some moves with Ellie.” But look, there goes João, cozying up to Ellie in a golf cart en route to their villa.

Ellie immediately finds a room to perfect her glam in. Later, Mike stirs the pot, asking Ellie about her chat with João. “We’re just having fun for the season,” Ellie says, but when Eddy asks Mike what João said to him, Mike admits, “João said to me, he wasn’t into Ellie.”

Ellie’s floored. She finds João. Knowing Mike stirred the pot, João calls Mike over, but Mike further tells Ellie that João actually likes Daisy. Ellie leaves, and João gets mad at Mike, but really, they are both at fault here.

Out on the balcony, Mike and Alesia start fighting. Daisy comes down on Mike. But when Mike leaves, Alesia tells Daisy, “You need, as the f*cking head of the department …”

But Alesia can’t even finish, because Daisy is already on her feet, arguing, “I f*cking need? I’m done with this.” In her talking head, Daisy states that if they can’t “rein it in, heads are gonna roll.”

João placates Ellie

Back on the yacht, Jenna asks Alesia where her Pride plushie went. When she goes into the bathroom, Alesia pulls it out and licks it. I –

Next door, Ellie remains sad. Daisy sits on her bunk, asking, “What’s wrong?” Crying, Ellie admits that she feels stupid. “Boys are stupid,” Daisy corrects.

In the morning, Daisy fills Captain Jason in on the Mike and Alesia mess. If they can’t grow up, he is ready tolet them both go, he beautifully states. Then, the catamaran pulls up and whisks everyone, minus Captain Jason, away. But right after, Captain Jason drives past them on an eFoil, yelling “Happy Birthday” to a laughing João.

Mike asks Ellie if he can flirt with her, and she says, “Sure.” But João spots them laughing and grows weary, thinking they’re talking about him. At the beach, Eddy and Jenna flirt as Ben looks on. After, Ben sits by Jenna, letting her know she can always join him in the master cabin for some “cheeky laughs.”

João approaches Ellie. She cries. “For the time being, I’m going to tell Ellie what she wants to hear,” João admits in his confessional, as Mike understandably dogs João in his.

One romance ends as another shadily begins

BDDU

Jenna and Eddy go on their date. Comically, Captain Jason and Daisy look on with a pair of binoculars. Then, we see Betul in the crew mess, listening to an audio reader accurately narrating, “I can’t stay on this boat of lies.”

Speaking of, Ellie still thinksshe and Joãoare on the same page. So, she puts the finishing touches on his cake. Similarly, in her talking head, Jenna admits that Ben is more her speed. “I kept it PG, she tells Ben after her date with Eddy.

Ellie texts João, telling him his birthday surprise is ready. He texts back, saying he wants to chat. Jenna and Ben eavesdrop on their conversation, where finally, João tells Ellie that he only wants to be “friends.”

“We’re coworkers. That’s it. I don’t want the friendship,” “chitchats,” or “hugs,” Ellie says. “I respect that,” João answers, but when she leaves, he cries.

Then, in the wee hours of the morning, Jenna heads to the master cabin, where the sounds of her and Ben kissing are heard. The words TO BE CONTINUED fill the screen.

Below Deck Down Underis streaming on Peacock. BDDU airs on Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo.
